Liberty washroom services are proud to announce the launch of its consumables division.

We are now able to offer a complete consumables shop to our existing customers and new customers alike using some of the best brands including Buckeye international products, Kruger paper products, Kennedy and Vectair to name a few. Products include paper towels, toilet rolls, Floor care products, cleaning products, hand soap and sanitizers. Our web site is currently being updated so check back here again soon to see images and full descriptions.
All of our systems are designed to offer the best cost in use, ensuring the end user sees substantial savings in both money and wasted product.
We are pleased to to introduce you to our consumables expert Steve Stopher, Steve has an unrivalled knowledge of this sector and we wish him all the best in his new role here at liberty.

Lydia Wright joins liberty hygiene.

I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Lydia Wright to the team here at Liberty. Lydia has joined us as an executive director and holds the position of operations director. Lydia will be running the day to day running of the business and managing the service and administration departments. Lydia has worked in the washroom industry all of her working life and brings with her a wealth of knowledge of all sectors of the industry from the service department to administration right through to running a team of over 20 sales executives for one of the multinationals. Lydia's passion for the business is undeniable and her work ethics fit in perfectly with our own. We wish Lydia all the best in her new role and I'm sure our customers will see an even better service delivered.
Lydia joined us as she was enlightened to see a unique and refreshing approach that Liberty Washroom services bring to the industry. Especially after having spent over 25 years working for one of the multinationals.

How refreshing Joining Liberty Hygiene It is such a pleasure to be part of the company whose staff are involved in company decisions and are customer focused.
Liberty Hygiene are unique in washroom service. by listening to customers dissatisfaction's, With the larger washroom companies,having been tied into long term contracts and hidden extras.
Liberty Hygiene took action as there statement clearly says! No Contracts ! No Hidden Extras..it is refreshing to be part of a company. (What they say they do!!)
Being part of operations you will inevitably get a few problems. But, by listening to our customers requirements,and comments. Honesty is our policy. We take our business very seriously.

A sparkling achievement
Managing Director Scott Marshall spent years working for major hygiene companies, so when he set up Liberty Hygiene he decided use what he had learned, and put all his efforts into providing exceptional customer service. As stated on the company’s website, its aim is to provide customers with a first-class washroom hygiene service that is caring, reliable and cost-effective.
Liberty Hygiene, based in Southend, and serving Essex, Kent and Greater London has more than 30 years’ experience in washroom hygiene services. Unusually, customers are not tied into long contracts, so service is critical all the time to ensure customers keep coming back- hence the company name. And to reinforce the credibility of his business even further, Scott decided to achieve international quality management standard ISO 9001, through IMSM.
He explained,” In our business, customers are our number one priority. We like to keep it simple and look after them, so that they continue to use our services. I am proud to say that we have not lost a customer yet, due to a lack of service. We work for businesses and organizations which need washroom services, and are proud to include The Spaghetti House Restaurants, Southend United Football Club, Finsbury Leisure Centre and Public Baths in London, and The Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre as valued clients. With such prestigious customers, we wanted to demonstrate we were organised to meet their washroom services needs in an efficient and professional manner.”
